Personal Energizers
Previous Page

Identify what energizes you.

1. Learn to recognize what gives you joy, what energizes you, what resonates with you.   (Jobs, people, relationships, certain foods or drinks, time alone versus time with others, meditation, yoga, sleep, time on the earth, a sport or hobby, time in nature, play, laughter).  Spend more time engaged in activities which energize you.

2. Learn to recognize what drains and depletes you, what negatively impacts your energy level.  (Jobs, people, relationships, certain foods or drinks, self-criticism, judgments, insufficient sleep, certain places.)  Choose to spend less time engaged in ways that deplete you.  Be prepared to let go of some people and things in your life.
