Meryl began her own healing journey in 1975 which led to 12 Step Recovery, personal growth work, a master’s degree in counseling, and later, additional study in Energy Psychology, Light Language, Reconnective Healing, Rising Star Healing, Prema Birthing and other energy modalities. Furthermore, Meryl creates personalized Intention Jewelry, based on The Law of Attraction.

Robin enjoys working with individuals who want to strengthen their recovery, spirituality, and/or healing capacities. Robin offers phone sessions and continues to travel to Cleveland from Tucson each month to see individual clients.

Our Premise
Healers (Shamans, Curandos, Medicine Men, Tai Chi Masters, and others) who have known how to work with energy have been able to increase their personal energy as they age. Past traumas, among other things, deplete our stores of energy. During workshops, presentations, coaching, and intensives, we teach important new tools to disconnect from energy drains from past trauma. In addition, coaching and advanced work helps the individual heal energy leaks, build and store energy, and have more energy available to deal with difficult situations and challenging people. All workshops, presentations, and coaching programs include the new Energy Psychology Techniques that quickly ease anxieties, curb cravings, eliminate phobias, heal past wounds and traumas, and unblock energy.


History and Services
Empowerment Training Center, Inc. was established in 1996. Approved by the State of Arizona to provide continuing education training to social workers, counselors, and other mental health professionals, the Center has provided intensive training to hundreds of professionals in Arizona and Ohio. In addition, thousands have attended special sessions offered at the International Energy Psychology Conferences as well as additional workshops and trainings presented by Meryl Hershey Beck and/or Robin Trainor Masci. Energized For Life is the division that offers Energy Parties, Energy Makeovers, and Energy Trainings.
